Major Jason Hatch, a retired U.S. Army officer and combat veteran, is the Director of the Advisory Board for AiVerg. He brings a formidable background in security, diplomacy, and grassroots humanitarian advocacy to guide the ethical application of technology.

His distinguished 24-year military career included service in the Middle East and diplomatic missions in sub-Saharan Africa, providing him with crucial diplomatic and security expertise.

Since retiring, Major Hatch has directly applied his leadership to critical global issues like human trafficking and the Afghanistan refugee crisis. He successfully spearheaded the evacuation and resettlement of over 1,800 vulnerable Afghans through initiatives like Operation Snow Leopard.

Jason Hatch leverages his extensive network through multiple advisory roles: he serves as an Alums Leadership Committee Member for the Service Year Alliance (AmeriCorps), an Advisor for the National Museum and Center for Service, and a Contributor to the Pacific Council on International Policy. He also serves as a Coordinator for the Order of the Eagle of Georgia (House of Georgia) to facilitate humanitarian aid in Europe. He holds degrees from institutions including Georgetown University and MIT.

Bob Ness - Board Advisor - AiVerg

Bob Ness is a highly accomplished Counseling and Organizational Psychologist who serves as an Advisor to AiVerg. Trained as a Counseling Psychologist, he particularly advises on development of Aiat, AiVerg’s initiative for well-being. With over 30 years of international experience, his expertise is also focused on transforming leadership, strategy, and organizational effectiveness, directly supporting AiVerg's structure and mission execution.

As the Principal of Ness Consulting and Co-Founder of the Global Leadership Forum, Bob specializes in strategic planning and execution. He has a distinguished history of cross-cultural work, particularly in Soviet and post-Soviet countries, Asia, and Central America, and has directed leadership development for U.S. State Department-sponsored groups.

His extensive commitment to civic engagement is demonstrated by his service on over 25 non-profit boards and advisories, including his role as immediate past President/Chairman of Leadership Tomorrow.

Karen Kraft
Board Advisor

Karen Kraft is an award-winning creative executive, entrepreneur, and non-profit leader who serves as a Board Advisor for AiVerg. She brings decades of expertise in immersive storytelling, creative content development, and strategic partnerships to guide AiVerg's mission of building ethical, context-aware technology for social impact.

Her commitment to social impact is demonstrated by her 13 years of leadership at Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME), where she serves as Chair of the Board and Executive Director. Karen helped scale VME to over 6,000 members, helping hundreds of veterans secure industry jobs through strategic partnerships with major studios like Paramount Global, Disney, and SONY.

In her executive career, Karen was a Creative Executive for Discovery International Production Group at Discovery Communications, Inc., where she managed creative teams, oversaw global programming in over 170 countries, and won over 30 industry awards. She also advised the non-profit Global Education Partnership, executive producing films aimed at developing countries—a direct link to AiVerg's focus on marginalized communities. Karen is currently the Co-Founder and Creative Officer of BlueShip Holdings, where she is pioneering immersive storytelling at the intersection of technology and conservation.

Her expertise provides unparalleled insight into scaling mission-driven organizations, building strategic content, and leveraging media and technology for global good.
